As Ukraine moves into the second year of the war, the effects are felt around the world. SHARE Ukraine founder, Sam Rozenberg, was born in Ukraine and is passionate about doing good in his home country, especially in their most urgent time of need. He has joined forces with Retired General Major Gregory Vadnais.   They both served in the Michigan National Guard Army and shared a mutual respect for one another.

SHARE Ukraine is an open platform for all to help support the citizens who are fighting for their lives.

As individuals, we cannot change the outcome of this War. We, however, can make the lives of those still living and suffering in Ukraine and the millions of refugees that have already fled more bearable.

The time to act is NOW.

Generous SHARE Ukraine donors have already funded 1,400+ first aid kits, surveillance drones, body armor,

outfitted field hospitals, and fed thousands by raising over $280,000 in goods and cash gifts.

SHARE Ukraine has combined forces with retired Major General Gregory Vadnais’ “Free Ukraine” fundraiser. Major General Vadnais previously partnered with the Oxford Foundation of East Lansing to launch “Free Ukraine”, which raised more than $200,000 to supply essential items to outfit the volunteer Ukraine Citizen Defense Force.  Sam Rozenberg and Major General Vadnais met while serving in the Michigan National Guard and shared a mutual respect for one another…

Rozenberg continues to run the combined organization while Major General Vadnais is focused on raising funds and drumming up support from the public, and various governmental and non-governmental organizations.  Shown here, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer with Major General Vadnais.

The combined SHARE Ukraine is focused on the following:

·

  • Raising funds to support volunteer organizations in the areas of Ukraine closest to the front lines near Kharkiv.

  • Connecting American families with displaced families in Ukraine.

  • Working with the Ukrainian veterans’ administration, providing direct support to Ukrainian Gold Star families.

SHARE Ukraine will accept monetary donations, critical field, medical gear, and specific items of humanitarian nature.
